🌸 How do you feel when you see a client of yours going to another techs

I feel sad if I was vibing with them, but I just have to remember that I don’t “own” the clients . just hope they’ll return in the future. There are so many reasons why they left:

- could be cheaper
- could be faster
- could be a friend
- could be more available
- could have a different style
- might talk more/less
- the
- list
- is
- endless

💋💋 I don’t use real mink lashes and please don’t use them, they lose their curl real quick, it’s also cruel, barbaric and unnecessary, there are plenty of synthetic mink lashes you can purchase online 🙂 Whenever clients ask for this, I tell them it is outdated and no one uses those lashes anymore. Plus high grade plastic lashes are better for the animal, you, and the client in terms of pricing/cost. Just better lashes overall for looks too

I know so many Lash Artists say “that’s why I don’t offer foreign fills” but I will always offer them. 🥰 I love educating clients about healthy vs unhealthy lashes. Obviously if they come in with a crazy mess of extremely thick base and lashes like glued together, I explain that a removal is necessary. I've also been thanked profusely for taking foreign fills and explaining the process/reasoning... and another refill next 2-3weeks after a foreign fill will never be the best, the retention may not be up to pare... because they do still have some of the previous work that has to go through their cycle. However I’ve done plenty of foreign fills over other peoples work with no issues.

Creamy, light and the hint of rose. I have oily skin, it didn’t absorb deep into my skin enough but still feel so smooth and hydrating. Subtle smell love it

🌸 But Lash artists should definitely wear a mask because you’re directly over top of your clients head, you don’t want to breathe on their face. As a client myself it’s been unpleasant to feel their breath on my forehead. Plus the fumes of the products can cause long term effect in our health so YES to the mask.

I would love to continue your fills but just so we don’t have any conflicts. Every eyelash extension salon is a little different, and each lash tech within a salon is too. The standards of extensions, supplies, glue and technique all differ dramatically. I am not liable for other lash techs work. I’m sorry for inconvenience and I hope you can understand my policy 🌸
