Our Story

As a quality conscious, detail oriented, creative professional, Robert Herrera seeks to fully utilize his education and twenty-five year history as a designer to raise the standard of the hair industry.

After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree from the School of Architecture at the University of Texas at Arlington, and following a career in design, Robert transferred timeless architectural principles to the world of hair. These principles give him a keen eye for assessing details and bone structure to maximize a guest’s beauty potential.

Robert’s passion for excellence has afforded him training from the best hair institutes the world has to offer – including Vidal Sassoon, Martin Parsons, and Llongueras International Institute.

God-given talent and training opened doors for Robert to travel nationally as an educator and design team member for a major hair product company. He is well known for his unique ability to communicate a look to guests as well as teach fellow professionals how to execute the most technical of haircuts. Because short hair cuts are precision cuts that require the best ex*****on of proper mechanics and skills, he is very comfortable creating short shapes as well as long styles.

Creating multi dimensional dark looks and blondes with organic placement are his favorite!
