Happy Birthday To the Blue Duck Bakery!
25 years old this month! We opened in Southampton on Columbus Day weekend but were stopped in our tracks by a badly installed bread oven that started to smolder! A 3 alarm fire was called. Everything got thrown out and we had to start all over again. Ironically, during our last few days there after losing our lease, 19 years later, another fire broke out in the electrical panel in the basement! Causing us to cancel our farewell plans to our beloved Southampton.

Happy Maritime Weekend! Come on in and celebrate with delicious Maritime treats, coffee, iced tea, herbal tea, lemonade and other cold drinks! Don’t forget the bread and something sweet for later! Congratulations to the East End Seaports Museum for another incredible event!

Happy Labor Day All! Summer not quite over yet but Fall is fast approaching! Don’t forget to visit us in Southold and Greenport after your Apple Picking and Pumpkin Picking Fun! We’ve got treats and pies to bring home and delicious artisan breads for dinner or anytime. 🎃🍎
