Utah legislators are going to kill the h**p industry TOMORROW!

S.B 190 Medical Cannabis Act was originally proposed to open up the Medical market to more people which is great, but hiding in that bill are changes that will take most Full-Spectrum CBD product in the state off the shelves! The proposed bill will limit the amount of THC in h**p products to 5% of total cannabinoids in the product. This is less than what is currently in most full-spectrum product available in Utah. This bill was finalized just today and is being pushed to the committee tomorrow morning in the hopes there won't be enough time for anything to be done about it!

Please attend the committee hearing at 8:00 AM February 15, Room 210 at the Senate Building in front of the Capitol Building and speak out in defense of Small Businesses in the industry and YOU as a consumer!
