This room was being converted into a closet for the master bedroom. To do that, we needed to remove the tall windows and bring them up to a shorter style so that the closet system can be mounted to the walls and while allowing for light to enter the space and also give privacy to the new closet. Some updated photos of the finished product will be posted soon. Stay tuned!!

UH OH! There was a fire on someone’s couch in this apartment and it burned up the drywall pretty good. We are not sure how the fire started but we were brought in to get the new drywall, electrical, ductwork, and other items back to normal as well as other items like resurfacing cabinets and new trim.

P**F!! 💨 And just like that we made these French doors disappear. There was a strange setup from the previous homeowners where there is a regular door on one side of the bedroom and a set of French doors on the other side, creating an odd flow and look in the room. The new homeowner requested that we remove the French doors and make it look as if it never happened. Well, how did we do? No more French doors!

What do you think of these floors? They’re a nice dark contrast to the light walls. These are a high quality dark engineered hardwood floor that we put in place of carpet. With a lifetime warranty, our clients don’t have to worry about the wear and tear they would expect with carpet!

We have seen some places in pretty rough shape. But none quite like this one. This property was bought as an investment and the previous owners clearly did not take care of the space. The space was completely overwhelmed by the smell of ci******es and animal waste, furniture that was left behind, as well as many other things like rotting food, pest droppings, etc. But that didn’t stop us from turning the space around. We came in and tore everything out and made the space new again. We removed all coverings, covered all surfaces with an odor and stain blocker, resurfaced cabinets and painted the walls. New appliances, light fixtures, vanity, etc. We think it is safe to say that this place looks much better than it did when we started.

We made a mess 😳. We are currently in the middle remodeling a kitchen and bathroom and we had to redrywall the newly framed out bathroom and closet. But to do that, the old drywall and insulation had to come out. Just a friendly reminder to take a look at your insulation in your attics and make sure it’s still in good shape and not too dirty.
