Hi Los Compadres is looking to hire, for nights and weekends!

Prepares dining room for patrons by cleaning tables.

Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.

Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.

Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations.

Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors; removing trash from the facility.

Must be able to work nights and weekends.

Take customers food orders, knowable in the bar, being able to multitask.

Looking for Line Cooks!
To be able to prepare food using recipes and menu items created by the Head Chef and helps keep the kitchen running smoothly. Some of their key duties and responsibilities include:

Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks
Plating prepared foods based on senior chef's guidance
Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations

Issue bills and accept payment
