Dear Bintime Direct Customers,

Almost 2 years ago, we created BintimeDirect.com, an auction-style shopping experience focused on selling overstock, excess, open-box merchandise from the biggest retailers in the country. Our goal was to offer the very best selection of top brands at incredibly discounted prices. Thank you to all of our loyal customers for shopping with us and continuing to do so, as we are grateful for your support and your business.

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you all. Effective today, Bintime Direct will become Boxbids.com. Over the last 7 months, our team has been working behind the scenes to create this brand-new shopping experience while maintaining all of the products you have come to love. Our new site will offer an array of new technology, focused on enhancing the entire bidding and delivery experience. Some of the new futures are:

Item tags and comparison shopping - All items will clearly display the items condition (like new, open box, damaged) with a corresponding color code, including highlights for items that can be shipped. Click on the ‘research product online’ button to see comparative list of market prices.

Order Control and Notifications - This feature will allow us to track the location of all orders and help to eliminate all mis-ships and order errors. All orders will be scanned out from our warehouse and scanned into the pickup location of your choosing. Once scanned into the pickup location, you will receive an SMS notification noting 'ready for pickup.’ This feature will automatically notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Paperless Pick-ups - For each invoice, you will receive an email with a barcode. Show us that barcode when you arrive, and we will scan to finalize your pickup. No longer will you need to bring a paper invoice or ask us to look up your transactions.

Auto-Payment - All transactions will be charged at the end of the auction automatically. No longer will you need to wait for your invoice to be emailed to you, or manually pay for each transaction.

In conjunction with the launch of the new website, there are some policy changes. The following new policies are effective September 11, 2023

💲Auto-Payment - At time of registration, you are required to add a credit/debit card to your account. Once the auction closes, this form of payment will be automatically charged. If payment declines, you will have 3 days to update the payment method and pay the invoice. If you do not pay by the end of day 3, the invoice will automatically be canceled, and your account will be suspended. A $25 fee will apply to have your account reactivated.

🚛Transfer fee - if you choose to pick up your purchases at a Bintime Store, there will be a $.75 cent transfer fee PER ITEM. Distribution Center pickup will continue to be FREE. If you choose the incorrect location for pickup, a fee of $.75 per item will apply to transfer to the correct location.

🚨10 day pickup window - from the time you receive the SMS message that your order is 'ready for pickup,' you will have 10 days to retrieve your items from the location you chose. Any items not picked up within 10 days will be forfeited with no refunds given. There are no exceptions.

🚫AS-IS No Refunds Policy - The policy of all items sold AS-IS with no refunds, will be strictly enforced. If you are unsure about the condition of a product, please reach out prior to bidding. We're always happy to answer your questions. If there is problem with your order, you must notify us at the time of pickup. We ask you to inspect all purchases, as once you have left the property, there will be no adjustments or recourse.

Bidding will begin TODAY. The final Bintime Direct auction closed on September 10th. All outstanding invoices for Bintime Direct will need to be paid for and picked up by September 30th. Anything not paid for or picked up by October 1 will be canceled and considered abandoned/forfeited, with no refunds provided or exceptions.
