The Community schedule to finish out 2023 strong!

Nov 21- Bonfire at the Swanson house, 6-9pm (DM or text for address)

Nov 28- Regular worship night at the Hangar!

Dec 5- We will have worship as normal, and then be sent out on mission into downtown Spartanburg during Dickens of a Christmas!

Dec 12- Gather at FBS steeple at 6:30pm for the Spartanburg Christmas Parade

Dec 19- The Community Christmas party, 6:30-8:30pm (location TBD)

4 highlights of a Christian life

As believers pursue being more like Christ everyday, we must be sure to check ourselves. We are really good at making sure our work is in order, completing our school work, spending time with friends, and enjoying life… do we leave room for Jesus?

Consider these questions:
1. How is your relationship with Jesus?
2. Are you connected in Christian community?
3. Are you serving the body of Christ?
4. Are you studying and meditating on God’s Word?

The reality is, we are far more effective in every aspect of our lives when we put Jesus first and interweave Him into each part of our lives.

One thing is certain, it should challenge us to GO!! Begin praying now, “God, where are you sending me?”

Grab a bite to eat after church tomorrow and head up to Lake Bowen, 295 Cove Road , Inman, SC. We’ll hang out on the water for a while and then grill out for dinner around 5!
