First North Students

Thank you to all of our students and adults for serving our children’s ministry so well! Revive Jr. was a blast!

Kids in 1st through 5th grades won’t want to miss Revive Jr! We will kick off the AWANA year with an evening of worship, games, and snacks, all led by our Student Ministry team.

Parents, grandparents, and guardians, join us at 6:15 PM for a powerful 90-minute workshop designed to equip you with tools and insights for effective parenting. We’ll cover how to get involved in your local church, understand parental and children’s rights, and manage technology and social media. You’ll also get to connect with other parents, share tips, and leave with practical resources you can start using right away!

Before the event, drop off your 1st through 5th-graders at Revive Jr. in the College room. We also offer childcare for kids 5k and under by reservation. Register today at firstnorth.org/parenting

Student Ministry Community Groups are small groups for 6th through 12th grade students. These groups are made up of students of the same grade and gender who meet weekly with at least two adult leaders for discipleship. Community Groups are the perfect place for students to form great friendships with other students their age, build relationships with leaders, and grow as followers of Jesus Christ. Group members will establish accountability with each other, have consistent personal quiet times, get involved in ministry, and participate in fun activities!

Please pray over this place as we are about to launch into the first worship service with our students at Beach Camp 2024. Pray for band as they lead us to the foot of the cross and for Ben as he brings the Word of God. Pray for The Lord to be lifted up and for many lives to be changed!!

We had a great first day at SLU 201 on Monday! We started our day with some Chick-fil-A breakfast, went to the Smithsonian Museum of American History and the Museum of Natural History, then had lunch at Union Station. In the evening, we had a session with Brent Crowe and Jeff Wallace, AND we got to hear sing the National Anthem! We had the best day!
