Who is ready for tiramisu?

Our bellies and banks are broke after this meal, but boy was it worth it. First pic is the prosciutto and burrata, the best appetizer I’ve ever had. Next, I ate the salmon over fettuccine with a white wine and caper sauce. Susann ate fettuccine Alfredo. We also partook in some delish bread with olive oil to dip. Sophia’s is def worth the hype and a delish place to spend your Saturday night. We will be returning 🫡 counting down the days till we are back!!!!!

We were pleasantly surprised with the absolutely phenomenal meatball at . This tasty 'lil trio of meatballs has great flavor and consistency sitting in incredible gravy topped with fresh grated cheese!

Repost: Thank you for your beautiful words. Bill and I want to last night in downtown Spartanburg. Just wow!! This lively little restaurant was such a treat! It was packed! The owner Brian was delightful and the staff was so kind and attentive. Everyone was helping each other and they all had smiles! The food was impeccable. We had their meatballs and arancini for appetizers and those were fantastic. My lobster ravioli was out of this world. Then dessert!! You know my love for tiramisu but the lemon marscapone cake was delectable and then Brian brought us a creama catalana and that was one of the most delicious things I have ever put in my mouth. It is similar to creme brûlée but no crunchy top and the custard was just out of this world. I told Bill it reminded me of the custard my mom would make on the stove when I was little. He said “Well that’s a huge compliment to your mother!”
The wine Bill picked (because he sells it to them!) was fantastic. Smooth and silky and even as a bolder red it complimented the ravioli and cream sauce very well. We left so full and happy and honestly I can’t wait to return. We drove home in food comas! 5 out of 5 stars!!
Side note - downtown Spartanburg was hopping!! Every restaurant full, a little wine shop/bar busting at the seams. It was fun to be there and see everyone out and about!

Today’s special. Affettato misto, Italian antipasto with Mortadella, porchetta, salame, olive, artichoke and pearl mozzarella.

Ravioli stuffed with spinach and mascarpone cheese and served in a creamy butter sage sauce topped with toasted hazelnuts. Get yours before is gone.
