Neva worked at Upward for 23 years and joined the CEF&CO team in October 2020; so if you have called the office in the last 2.5 years, you have probably chatted with her. She was happy to answer all questions, assist with any task, and she was the guru with CL & work comp insurance. Neva was a cup of sunshine at the office and we are going to miss her dearly!

Due to the freezing temps expected over the next few nights, now is the time to check pipes for leaks/cracks, resolve drafty windows/doors, and know how to turn off water in case of a busted pipe.

It is important to keep thermostats set above 55 degrees and to open cabinets containing pipes (kitchen & bathroom) to allow warm air to circulate. ❗ It's important to know that HVAC systems can handle a 10 degree difference from outside temperatures. Setting thermostats above 70 degrees may freeze up the unit.
