Do you need a RESET?

I’m excited to offer another local retreat this fall in partnership with Retreat Ranch, just up the road in Round Mountain (only 20 minutes away from Nectar Flow Yoga studio). Though this special retreat center is so close, it feels like a true escape! So, join me for TWO nights on October 18-20 for a MINDFUL RESET.

A time to reset, rest and reboot in nature! This mini retreat is for all women who need a quick reset with a mini get away and an opportunity to reboot through mindful practices, relaxation and delicious nourishment.

Stay in one of Retreat Ranch’s climate controlled yurt accommodations, one of the charming vintage trailers, bunkhouse, one of their plush and amazing container villas or the brand new covered wagon with private ensuite bath! Participate in some mindful and creative sessions, allow yourself to be nourished from our chef and from the natural beautiful surroundings. Wake up to the birds singing and maybe a little hello from some of the local wildlife.

I will be teaching morning yoga and the rest of the day will be yours to relax and reset!

Sign up for Tai Chi/Qi Gong Series with Dr. Gayl Hubatch! Starts next MONDAY MARCH 25th

This is a one week delay from our original start date. March 25 - May 20th. skipping April 8 (eclipse). We meet weekly for 8 weeks to allow everyone to deepen their practice and achieve a stronger understanding and relationship to self-regulation and self-healing. Being able to align and heal yourself is so valuable as we age and live in this complex world.

This 8 Week Series starts with the Fundamentals of energy, QiGong forms and a simple Tai Chi form.
You will learn:
Key principles of Qi, (energy moving in the body/mind) Understanding how Qi flows in the body and mind is an empowering way to balance the nervous system and regulate the emotions.
Various techniques for working with your energy and the energy of others. This includes qigong practices such as clearing, smoothing, regulating the 3 treasures/energy centers. Learning how to align and atune these centers influence immunity, nerve and blood vessel conduction, etc. We will discuss the energetic relationships in the physical as the practices develop.
You will also learn or refine a simple Tai Chi form that can be practiced easily at home and infused with a deeper relationship to qi.
Gayl will serve chai tea after each session for community building. I can also offer handouts or short practice videos for home practice.
The 3 Treasures: theory to apply to daily living:
Jing or essence - energetic fluids in the body
Qi - Regulation of body energy
Shen - Spiritual vibration stored in the third eye/crown centers and heart.
