Our luthier and owner of Custom Strings has put in so much time, hard work, and precision into the crafting of these two instruments. Not quite finished but both are going to be magnificent once completed!!! The craftsmanship from start to finish has been well documented and will be available to feast your eyes upon!!!

We are ELATED about the new addition to our practice rooms! It has been tuned up and ready to play! This piano addition will be instrumental in the success of students and teachers! 🎹🎶🎻

As a reminder, if you need a bow re hair done within our regular time frame, please have it in by June 3rd.

Good afternoon all!

We just wanted to give you a quick update,

If you have instruments or bows that need repaired and/or re-haired, please have them in by June 3rd!

After June 3rd re-hairs and some repairs may take longer than our normal wait time.

As always, we will still be working on instruments and bows.

However, there will be a slight delay during the month of June.

Finished the outside graduations of the viola back, now on to carving out the inside...and carving...and carving...

Finished graduating the back of a new violin and about to attach it to the rib garland. I'll post some pictures of the viola too, when I remember to take a few.

The right applicant must have excellent customer skills, attention to detail and hands-on experience with violin family instruments to work in a low pressure, musical, K9 enhanced environment. We do require our associates to have working knowledge of or have played a violin family instrument. Either violin, viola, cello, or bass.
