Family Promise is setting up a special ‘shopping’ experience for the kids, where they can pick out their own supplies, giving them a sense of ownership and pride. We’ll be sharing volunteer opportunities soon, so you can help make this day even more memorable!

For many children facing homelessness, school is a refuge—a place where they can feel safe and supported. By providing the necessary tools, we can help them step into the classroom ready to succeed.

Now through August 28, we’re partnering with Family Promise to help equip kids in our community with the school supplies they need. We’re asking our clients and community to join us in this effort, and we’ll match up to $250 in supplies!

Family Promise will set up a special ‘store’ where kids can ‘shop’ for their supplies—empowering them to choose what they need. Volunteers are welcome to help make this day even more special…we’ll have more details soon.

Homelessness is a harsh reality for many children in our community, but together, we can give them one less worry. Providing the tools for success means these children can return to school—a safe space—ready to thrive.
