I am overjoyed when I see what a great treasure is in the hearts of so many people. The beauty of lives radiating the love of God. How wonderful you are. I want to tell you, I had to tell you all, that you bring a shining light to a dark place.
There is so much we have to tell one another. So many things to celebrate. .So...

I'm a straight shooter, so that being said, 2 of my 3 charges are s*x offenses. When I was 24, I let myself get into a s*xually active relationship with a teenager. I have no other criminal history. I'm not afraid to admit my mistakes and failures and confront them head on. I am not proud of what I did to put me here, but I will continue to grow and ensure I become a great person and try to redeem myself from my actions. I've never done this before but I'm tired of being alone. My hopes are that so are you. I've been in prison for over 20 years and now only have 2 left. I spent my first 13 years being a stereotypical inmate but for the last 7 I decided I wanted to rejoin what I had left behind so long ago...humanity. So, I took steps to make it happen. I enrolled in every self-help and educational class there was available to me. During that journey, a metamorphosis of mammoth proportions happened. My desire to change had long lasting implications and results, giving me back what I had lost so long ago. I had earned my family’s forgiveness and approval and in turn, I had become a happy man. Only one thing was missing, that was a companion to share my new found happiness with. I'm hoping to find a diamond in the rough. Someone who can look past my rough exterior and see the worth that lies within me. Imagine, first being good friends with the person with whom you might share the rest of your life with. Spending late nights on the porch, gazing at the night sky, or long walks down a river bed talking about anything and everything. I’m funny, witty like to laugh, smile, and sometimes even shed a tear. I love music, swimming, camping and long hugs. I've been deprived of a woman's scent and touch for so long, I fear I will like to snuggle also :-) So if you’re ready to take a chance, send me a letter. I believe honesty goes a long way. Over the years I have managed to change my outlook on many things. Today, I am a different person and I am focused on releasing back into society. I want to give myself the best opportunities for success having the right people in my life is key to that success.
