Through her road to recovery, she discovered the RCSC and all the services and support provided by their Career Navigators providing services through the Economic Security for All (EcSA) program and agency partner Pioneer Human Services.

👉🏽Pioneer Human Services delivers Roadmap to Success, a three-week job readiness course that covers skill development training, job search tips and tricks, and resources for financial support.
👉🏽Revive Center for Returning Citizens offers a 5-day training course that can pay justice-involved citizens for meeting the completion requirements of topics that include addressing trauma, system oppression, and the current impacts of structural racism. The next training will take place May 30-June 3, 2022.

Justice-Involved Delivered in-person at the Resource Center of Spokane County, the Roadmap to Success courses are available by appointment to the justice-involved community. Course participants will develop the necessary skills to find and keep employment while maintaining healthy, productive lives.
