Everyone meet Taylor! Taylor inquired about a new 2025 Chevy Trax. She drove all the way in from Colfax. I had it pulled up and ready to go. We sat in it and went over all the features and it was nice but at the end of the day she really wanted something with more space. She apologized and I said WHY??? You try on a pair of shoes before you buy them right? Why wouldn't you try out a car or two before deciding! It's no problem =-)

We talked about what was important to her as far as features, needs, and budget. After going through the used inventory we found a beautiful 2020 Subaru Outback Premium. We had a lot of fun on our test drive and even found a low driven area so she had space while she tried out this new ride. When we got back we went over numbers and everything fell into place. Now she is a proud owner and own her way home.

We seriously have so much fun at my desk! Everyone meet Tammara. This girl is such a fierce woman of God. I have had the pleasure of getting to know her over the last 8-9 months when she first came in to meet with my previous Co-Worker Taylor. That was a look and research kind of day so we could set goals for a future purchase. Since then I have called to check on her once a month hyping her up!!

We decided it was time! She and I started working things online to try and help streamline the process of shopping. When she showed up we found that her friend was in one of my Favorite Bands, Whack A Mole!!! (If you haven’t caught one of their shows I would highly recommend it!)

Everyone meet Jean!!! Jean has been following my Facebook for a while now. In fact we worked together once before but the vehicle she was interested in at the time sold while she was on her way to the store which really hurt her feelings. She is the one that inspired the change with holding vehicles while a customer is in transit to the store. So we don't let people down when they get here.

The last couple of days we've been chatting about this Buick Encore. She has a very busy schedule and was limited on time. So I sent videos and pictures and stayed readily available as any questions may have come up. We even spoke about the last interaction and I told her what changes had been made so that we could do a better job of using that next customer's time well in the future. Today's experience was much better and she said I redeemed myself! Yes!!!

To help expedite the process she had a driver from her business come in and test drive it in place of her because she was busy. Then we did most of the paperwork while she was in transit to us. When she arrived her son went on a test drive with me. When we got back she was in the business office signing her paperwork. Now she's taking this beautiful SUV back to her business. Do you know what she's doing with this specific vehicle? She's gifting it to one of her employees to reward them for their hard work this December.
What a boss!! She said that people are struggling right now and she wants to step up to help. Beautiful human inside and out. Jean thank you so much for giving me a second opportunity. Everyone meet Walter. Walter is a repeat client. We met back in February after he was referred. At the time he wanted something good on gas and reliable. Since then he's been taking trips and noticing that something with more space would fit his needs better. We went through the inventory and found this 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander. We drove it and loved it! Now he's taking it home!

With him being part of the CDA Tribe he was tax exempt but to take advantage of those savings we have to deliver the car to him on his Native Land! We were happy to do this for him.

Everyone meet Shaunee. This is the 2nd time I've had the pleasure of working with this young lady! She has been driving a GMC Terrain for the last year and half. It did the job! Was safe and reliable. This young lady has worked so extremely hard always pushing herself. She is selfless, kind, beautiful, and loving to all people. Last year when we rallied for Medical Lake for donations to help offer relief for people who were affected by the Gray Fire. Today it was her turn!

She was in service getting an oil change. She said she had been considering making a change so we said we would look at things. She was actually getting ready to go officiate a wedding! While she did that we went to work.

When she came back we test drove the 2024 Chevy Blazer EV RS and she fell in-love! After looking at numbers we were both happily surprised at where they fell. Everyone meet Ray Ward and his Beautiful Girlfriend Crystal ☺️ Ray has been in my network for 10 years!! I had the pleasure of working with his momma a few times and that’s how we met. Crystal was in need of a reliable vehicle to get her to and from work. I was with another guest when they visited on Saturday so my Teammate Josh Vrieling stepped up and helped in place of me. We got back together yesterday to look at things and see what the big picture looked like. We found this super cute 2017 Chevy Trax with only 55k miles on it! While she was waiting for finance Ray was looking over towards the SUVs. We opened up this beautiful Red 2024 Chevy Trax. We decided to see what other options there were and ended up finding a 2022 Kia Sorento. We did another test drive and it felt much better on her back.
