We have had so many requests to bring this special back and now is the time! Grilled Anderson ranch rack of lamb served over bacon fat roasted root vegetables, with grilled asparagus and topped with chimichurri.

New specials! 1. Japanese eggplant Parmesan layered with house-made tomato basil sauce and fresh mozzarella. Served on a bed of fresh spinach and topped with walnut pesto. 2. Pan roasted duck breast with roasted heirloom pumpkin and a shiitake-sage cornbread stuffing. Topped with a spiced cherry compote.

Vegan mac and cheese with baby squash, smoked gluten, and cremini mushrooms in a vegan cheese sauce. Topped with crispy breadcrumbs.

Grilled lamb meatballs over pappardelle pasta with baby squash and eggplant in a tomato-basil sauce. Topped with pecorino cheese.

Our current vegetarian special is a fried paneer cheese curry with eggplant and potatoes. It’s served with saffron rice and topped with cilantro. Gluten free and full of flavor! Substitute tofu for the paneer cheese to make it vegan.

Our current special is truly a treat. Grilled Anderson Ranch Oregon rack of lamb served over a red wine-chèvre risotto. Accompanied by sautéed Swiss chard and finished with an herb gremolata. Pair it with a glass of our Valdemar estate Walla Walla Cabernet or Amity vineyards Oregon pinot noir.
