Excited to be on the Snoqualmie River in Fall City this weekend for Emerald Water Anglers] Spey Event! Molly and Heather will begin with the basics of mending and end with how to target feeding fish. Learn the steps to execute an aerial or on water mend.
Presentation is mostly video examples and geared towards the advanced beginner or intermediate angler. This is a Live 2hr virtual class and is welcomed to all.

Fun factor was pinned at 11 rolling around with . Sam is a stellar man and has one spectacular trout program on the lower Deschutes. My partner in crime was lower Deschutes ninja .larimer I think we broke the fun meter!!! Thank you both 🙏. I will remember those days when the weather sucks and I’m craving fall fishing, it will put a smile on my face.

Hump Day is coming to a close. Here’s looking into the weekend!
I made this video 9/4/2017 when the Deschutes River was filled with smoke and the steelhead numbers weren’t great. But they were better than steelhead numbers over Bonneville Dams worst years of 1975 & 1943.
I realize the natural world can fluctuate but this years steelhead return to the Columbia River and it’s Tributaries are far off the worst years on record. Lets not take anymore time to recognize this resource needs attention and major help.
Please take time to realize how YOU can help this special place. To do nothing right now you are accepting the fact it’s okay to loose our wild places we all cherish so much.
Take a moment to write you local agency’s/political leaders about these serious situations AND/OR donate to the many organizations that are working diligently to save this places and fish.
None of us want our experiences on the Deschutes like in this video clip to be only in the past. Lets all rally together, do what each of us can so we can preserve what we all love for the future of these wild fish and places.
