Rosemarie Steeley won her IFBB Procard at 2023 Masters Nationals by winning 50B class.

Christine Sim won her IFBB Pro card at 2023 Masters Nationals by winning Bikini 40B. She also won the 40 Bikini Overall!

Lisa Stark won her IFBB Card at 2023 Masters Nationals by winning Wellness Class 45A. She also won the 45 Wellness Overall.

Lisa Kromer won her IFBB Procard at 2023 Master’s Nationals by winning Wellness Class 35B.

Lisa Brushe won her IFBB Procard at 2023 Masters Nationals by winning her Women’s Physique 50B class.

Scuba Steve Gartner won his IFBB Procard at 2023 Masters Nationals by winning his 50C Classic Physique class.

Monty Rogers won his IFBB Procard twice at 2023 Masters Nationals winning both his 45 B and 40B Classic Physique classes. He also was the 45 Classic Physique overall!

Jamie McKenzie won her IFBB Pro card three times at NPC Universe 2023 by winning Wellness 40B, 35B and Open Class C.

What a weekend at Emerald Cup!!

Over the three day event we walked away with:

2-5th places

And we won the Team Award on Friday and Sunday at the first Emerale Cup Natural. And that’s a wrap for Spring Season. We have a couple warmup shows this summer and then onto Nationals for several of our athletes to compete for their IFBB Pro cards!!

What an amazing Empire Classic last weekend. Our athletes walked away with 15 class wins, numerous top 5 placings and 3 Open Overalls in Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and Bikini. Onto the biggest one of them all Emerald Cup!!
