Happy National Sons day! These boys sure are amazing and keep me on my toes. Whether it’s hiking, fishing, golfing, or playing with the animals they are full of joy and have endless energy.
The boys wanted to sleep outside in their fort but were worried about bugs so we set up a tent. Fit perfectly in their space. Now the question is if they will make it all night or not…
Three weeks ago these past clients reached out because they found the perfect move up home for their growing family. Their goal was to buy and do some minor updates before putting their current home on the market. We quickly got the ball rolling for them and ran the scenarios to make sure they could achieve that goal.
Three short weeks later they now have the keys to their new home and can take their time updating and moving before they list their previous home.

This was a fun one! These clients were wanting to buy a home that needed extensive renovations.
Knowing that we offer an awesome renovation loan option, their contractor sent them to us to get more information. We walked through the process over the phone and cleared up some misconceptions they had heard from another lender. When it was all said and done they got a great home that will soon be their dream home all thanks to our renovation loan options.
If you’re shopping for homes but not happy about the condition of homes you’re seeing. Consider finding something in the right neighborhood with good bones that we can help finance a renovation on.

We all know rates are going to trend lower this year, so why pay lender fees twice?

One of my favorite parts of traveling is trying new food spots. Research is done prior to traveling to lay out some must try spots off the beaten path. Really happy to have found while in Scottsdale this weekend. Pictured is the Quesa Birria and the Ala Diabla Shrimp Tacos. Both were delicious and the service was fantastic.
This was a fun one! My favorite part of helping clients with their home loans is getting creative to find them the best loan option available.

My experience helping investors came in clutch. I paired our $1250 grant (doesn't need to be re-paid) program with our conventional loan first time homebuyer program that allowed him to put just a 5% down payment on the 4 unit property. Bonus, his agent was also able to negotiate a $12,000 seller credit!
Hello house hacking! He met all the goals and became an investor while living in one unit and collecting rent from the other 3 units to pay his mortgage.

As you’ve seen us talk about this class for the last 30 days and maybe scrolled right on past (which is ok!) today we had the opportunity to share the process with 14 excited home buyers…they learned what it means to work with us, how to get started on home searches and met with a lender, home inspector, title representative and home insurance specialist.
In 2 hours their knowledge and confidence in home buying went from 0 to 10. Our guests left the room excited and eager to begin their home buying journey and our hearts were full knowing that they took away so much from our event.
