Recently, the Operations Teams came together for our bi-annual Leadership Summit. This off-site event provided a valuable platform for leaders to review key achievements, discuss challenges collaboratively, and align on team goals for the remainder of the year. Inspiring and impactful! We celebrated community with the Women Helping Women Fund, an event supporting the non-profits of Spokane County.

Recently members of HollisterStier Allergy's Human Resources department teamed up for the "Give Like a Woman" community event which fundraised & awarded over $300,000 to local non-profits in our area. What a celebration!

We are investing in the future of maintenance and manufacturing by partnering with local schools and colleges to give students a hands-on experience.

Spokane Community College students toured Jubilant HollisterStier and HollisterStier Allergy last week. This experience provided students a first-hand look at rewarding careers in maintenance as it relates to the Electronics & PLC (Programmable Logic Controls) program at SCC.

This month was about prioritizing our employees well-being and creating awareness to foster a supportive work environment. This past week our employees were provided mental health resources and organized group events like, daily park walks around our facility & meditation classes.

We believe that healthy minds lead to a thriving team!

Recently we had East Valley High School's education leaders here for a tour of our Spokane facility, further strengthening our partnership within the community and career education for local students.

Together we're bringing awareness (and an excitement) for manufacturing and science career opportunities, and look forward to their support of the growing workforce needs here at Jubilant HollisterStier and HollisterStier Allergy.
