New to Sound Baths? Picture this...
You arrive at the Center and bring a mat, pillow and blankets to make yourself a cozy spot in the Sanctuary (or on a chair if you prefer). After some gentle movement you settle in to rest and take a journey through a guided meditation. Closing your eyes you just soak it up. Soon, crystal singing bowls begin to ring and soothe your soul, leading to a deep and meditative rest. Your mind relaxes and the healing sounds surround you as you sink in and breathe the deepest breathe you've had in weeks. At the end, you gently come back into your body and feel as though you're floating on a cloud... rested and peaceful.

You will be so glad you carved out the time to rest, relax and center yourself. You'll want to invite friends, go to lunch, then attend the sound bath. It is a beautiful gift to give too!

We are so grateful for ALL of our snack volunteers that take turns providing food/ snacks after Sunday Services and cleaning it up after.
Shalon makes the BEST empanadas, yummy sandwiches and as you can see, she does an excellent job of cleaning up after. Thank you Shalon, for sharing your gift of food to allow us to connect after the service. We are so grateful for your generosity!
