VPI Quality Windows is proud to be changing the lives of our Veterans by contributing to affordable housing at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs West Los Angeles Campus. This historic project ensures our Veterans have easy access to all VA services on campus.

Throwback to another life-changing project in Oakland, CA where BRIDGE Housing Corporation and The Unity Council provided another 181 units of affordable housing. The BRIDGE team and local elected officials, civic leaders, community members all gathers for a ribbon cutting ceremony in front of the beautiful Casa Suenos community. This is BRIDGE Housing Corporation's 10th affordable housing community in Oakland and we are so honored to be a part of this project. Congratulations to all involved!

The mockup was made with some cross-laminated timber that used 3" continuous exterior insulation. We were able to really showcase how our game-changing (and patent pending) Deep Backset Frame can be used!

David, (aka, “Tad”) celebrates his 1-year VPI-versary leading the way in Northern California! Here’s to many more years of growth and success! 🍻

Throwback to when elected officials and affordable housing organizations from across the state came together for a ceremonial signing of four robust bills from the 2024 legislative session to advance housing production as well as the state's homeless response. The entire package was passed with bipartisan support. Everyone wins! Notably, Senate Bill 1530 provides a total of $278 million in funding for housing development. And Senate Bill 1537 is designed to encourage more housing production across the state. We are proud to support The Farmworker Housing Development Corporation in their mission!
