Lynn is among our most frequent members, and at 81 years of age she will tell you that Pilates has a big impact on her flexibility, strength and balance. π Remember, Pilates is for every body.
Pilates is about controlled, precise movements. Avoid rushing through exercises. Focus on the quality of movement rather than the quantity. As you become more familiar with the exercises, you can gradually increase the intensity and repetitions.
