Lots of projects getting started and on going this week! We do a little bit of everything in this shop.

Cool custom hearth we finished up. This will be covered in stone with a mantle to match very soon.

We are primarily an architectural metal fabricator specializing in railing, stairs, awnings and more. Our goal is to bring on skilled individuals that excel in their field and want to work in a tight knit, enjoyable environment. We are looking for people who are self-motivated and have high attention to detail.

---- Job Duties -----
- Operate metals shop equipment such as, bandsaw, drill press, sheet metal brake, belt sander, press brake, ironworker, etc.

- Operate hand tools such grinders, mag drills, pistol grip drills, pneumatic die grinder, pneumatic impact wrench, hand held band saws.

- Ability to read and understand blueprints.

- Ability to set up and run equipment without help

- Ability to finish metal work in high-end application

- Ability and willingness to receive instruction and complete work orders in a timely manner.

- Proficiently use tools such as tape measure, square, T-Bevel, protractor

- Ability to run CNC plasma and powder coat.

- Experience reading blueprints

- Horizontal bandsaw experience

- CNC Plasma table experience

- Press brake operation experience preferred

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- 40 hours per week with occasional overtime

- Must have strong mathematical skills

- Will be required to pass a drug test and background check

Fit & Weld a large variety of products.

- Ability to weld in all positions, flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead
Understands that the ability to fabricate is as important as the ability to weld in a professional environment.

- Ability to set up and run welding machines, hand plasma cutters, and oxy/acetylene torches.

- Ability to finish metal work in high-end applications

- Ability and willingness to receive instruction and complete work orders in a timely manner.

- Proficiently use tools such as tape measure, square, T-Bevel, protractor

- Ability to run CNC plasma and powder coat small components.

- Installation on-site is a part of this role and the ability to work in a field environment is required.

- Welding certifications are preferred

- MIG flux core or hard wire welding experience required

- TIG welding experience preferred (GTAW)

- Mild Steel and Aluminum

- Must be able to pass shop weld test

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
