🚨 BEGINNERS! 🤸🏾 Intro to Hand Balancing is Sunday 6/23 at 10:15!
This one-hour workshop is for absolute beginners. Willow will walk you through strength-building exercises and baby steps toward an eventual handstand.

❓ What's the difference? Standard aerial yoga is a more active yoga class with standing poses, balancing poses, and a strength-and-flexibility focus. Restorative aerial yoga has the slings about 8 inches off the ground, and participants will move slowly through restful, gentle stretches and meditative poses.

Amplify your inner rainbow with this chakra-balancing yin yoga to cocoon soundbath. This special 90-minute version of a Coil favorite will give you ample time to settle into deep meditation and relaxation.

After gentle, focused stretching and opening, attendees will be invited to snuggle into a suspended silk cocoon and be bathed with the cleansing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other resonating instruments.

Space is very limited, reserve your spot early!

Age 14+ please. All bodies, ages, genders, and backgrounds welcome at Coil always.

In her own words, her “focus is to get people to find the joy and passion in their own unique pole journey. Everyone’s pole journey is unique and different. Not only does it benefit individuals by releasing those emotions, others get to see that beauty!”

Burlesque at - “I started Bloom House Academy as a sort of mystery-life-dance school that works between the outer and inner worlds, prioritizing movement and play as a medicine while teaching [women] to tap into their intuition, self love and empowerment.
