Did you know Ruby red grapefruit is in season from October to April? It’s peak ripeness is January and February.
Growing up in the Rio Grande Valley, I had access to some amazing grapefruit right off the trees! The taste of grapefruit always reminds me of the coming of cooler weather.
Who says grapefruit is only for summer drinking!
