Hello Funkey family,
I apologize that we have been silent for a while. I have been struggling with some health issues since early July that have kept us grounded.

We appreciate everyone who has reached out while we sort it all out. Unfortunately we have to be out a bit more while things come back together for us. We will let everyone know when we will be back on the truck.

The Shrimp Ceviche Tostada! Homestyle shrimp ceviche en salsa verde. Full flavor in every bite of this summertime favorite. Topped with pickled onions,avocado, cotija, cilantro garlic drizzle and Love. It's pure joy to eat.

We are hanging with our new friends at Broad Street Brewing Co. Until 6pm or sold out. Come by and get a cold one, paired with loaded nachos and your weekend will be complete.

After about two weeks of being under the weather Funkey is getting back on. Big thanks to Craft Life Brewing for a crackin Friday, and another sell out night.

Craft Life Brewing thanks for letting us party with you last night, Saturday. And thanks for the sell out night. Ranchero bowls and Shrimp and porkbelly fried rice made its mark. And Sashimi tacos for the man. We will see you folks again soon.
