A delicious dressing that takes minutes to make! Perfect for those large Summer salads.

RECIPE:
1 container of Tahina
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
3 tbsp. Maple syrup
1/4 diced red onion
Handful chopped parsley
1 scallion, diced

Mix all together and pour over any greens or veggies you like. This also makes a great marinate for chicken.

You can also add a little lemon juice for extra zest!

What we are making for Shavous.
This Roasted Eggplant Arabian Cheesy Tart.

RECIPE:

1 roll of frozen pastry dough. Cut to have a large square.
1 eggplant, cut into 1.5 inch slices.
Oil & salt
2/3 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Oregano
1 container of Mild Arabian Salad
Oil spray
White sesame seeds

Place eggplant on a baking sheet. Drizzly oil and season with salt. Bake on 375 F for 20 minutes (flipping them over mid way.)

Place dough on a tray.
Add a little oil to the Dough
Place eggplant on dough
Mix the ricotta and Parmesan with oregano together in a bowl and then spoon that on the eggplant.
Then take the Arabian salad and spoon that on top of the cheese.
Fold the edges all around till you shape the tart.
Sparta oil around the edges
Garnish with sesame seeds all around the dough
Bake on 375 for about 20-25 minutes till golden.
Let cook for a few minutes before slicing!

SWEET ONION DIP CHICKEN & POTATOES

2 X-Large onions, sliced
5-5 Yukon gold potatoes, sliced into thick wedges
1 sweet onion dip
5-6 pieces chicken thighs (skin on - can also do pargiyot)
Handful of fresh chopped parsley
4 cloves garlic chopped
3 tbsp avocado oil
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large baking dish as a little oil. Toss your onions and potatoes in and mix in the sweet onion dip to coat them. Spread out.
Using a knife score the tops of the chicken. Mix together the parsley garlic and oil and then Sh meat on top of the chicken.
Season all with some salt and pepper.
Cover and bake on 375F for 40 minutes and then uncover and bake for 20 minutes
Eat straight out of the pan if you can make it to the table before it’s gone!

Best Crunchy Chickpea Recipe!

Spray a sheet pan with avocado oil or olive oil and make sure it’s well greased.
Then season it with Mrs Dash or your favorite all purpose seasoning.
Then throw our cooked chickpeas onto the tray
Top it generously with nutritional yeast and mix everything, coating the chick peas well.

Bake in 350F oven for 15 minutes till they are crunchy. Add more nutritional yeast if desired
