Heat Exhaustion: Heat exhaustion can cause symptoms like dizziness, nausea, heavy sweating, and a rapid pulse.

Heat Stroke: Heat stroke is more severe and can lead to confusion, unconsciousness, and even life-threatening situations.

Knowing the signs of both can help you act swiftly and effectively. Here are some tips to stay safe in the heat:
Stay Hydrated 🚰: Always drink plenty of water throughout the day, even if you don't feel thirsty. Try to carry a water bottle and take regular hydration breaks.

Seek Shade 🕶️: Take breaks in shaded areas, especially during the hottest parts of the day to reduce overheating.
