My client reached out to me on April 22nd and told me that she had a very tight deadline to find a new location plus certain requirements for the space that had to be met. She had been trying to find spaces on her own but was frustrated from not getting return calls from agents and her timeline was quickly diminishing. After she gave me all her requirements, I found 3 spaces and scheduled all tours within 3 days. The first place we saw was this space. She told me that it met pretty much all her requirements and she didn't know how I was able to find this place.
16 days later from our initial phone call, we are turning in checks and picking up the keys!!! 7 days ahead of the deadline!!! 😎

Two business owners walked into my office saying they tried to reach several listing agents but no one would answer their calls. I listened to what they were looking for and I called the agents on 2 listings that I thought might work. 1 of the spaces wasn't a good fit and the other space I was able to schedule a showing within the hour. They really liked the property we saw and wanted to know if there were any other options.
One of the listings Chelsey Barnes, Alpha Commercial Group had would have been perfect but she thought she was going to get a lease executed that day. The next morning, I asked her if anything was signed and she said no. I immediately called my clients and asked if they wanted to see it. We toured it the same day and I told them that if they wanted to move forward we'd have to be quick. It matched everything they were looking for!!!! Less than 24 hours, we negotiated an LOI, executed lease docs and exchanged funds.
