Good start to the week getting 2500’ of barbwire done. On to the next one.

Talk about some welding… 30 hours of being under the hood welding on this one. Not to mention we had 1”-1 1/2” gaps. Definitely not something for the faint of heart, but something we will remember forever haha.

Very thankfull Keith and I had the opportunity to go up to the Capital Quarry at lake of the Ozarks. Looking forward to the next project there and their quarry in Arkansas.

Feed bunks are a good way to help the feeding process, we did posts every 8’ with a welded on lifetime bunk. We cut and trimmed bunks to fit nicely on runs of fence. Each bunk has welded pedestals to make sure there will be no sag in the future!

A couple of entry ways we helped knock out! If you’re looking for a good solution to securing your road front property this is a good solution.

Just under 5,000’ of woven wire we got done in Republic a month ago or so.

We ripped out all of the previous fence and cleared the fence rows to get ready for the new fence.

If you’re looking for a good way to secure a variety of animals this is a good answer to it. High tensile Oklahoma woven wire was a top notch choice for this.

A canopy the guys got put up last week, gonna be adding another 40’ to the other side. These add a lot of shade and cover from the rain!

Another corral we got close to finished up earlier this week! Last step is hanging custom gates from our good friend Jamie Shelton.

Mailbox we made a new pedestal for. Huge shoutout to Ecco Mailboxes for going above and beyond on their product. Amazing top notch quality that we were happy to work with.

Got some 16” casing welded up today. Looking forward to seeing it go in the ground! Happy with how it turned out.

Another office out the door, this one is gonna be used for a scale house at a Missouri quarry! So neat seeing what people have in mind for these. All ready for interior guys to do their thing.

1/4” square with 3/4” plate made for a fun day of Layin the rod down. Don’t think they will have a problem any time soon.

Rod after rod on this one. The bucket had so many cracks and breaks in it, we had about 15hr of weld time and over a couple hours torching/grinding someone’s else’s repairs. Needless to say I don’t think they will have a problem again.

Look forward to the other projects ahead for TJS Excavation.

It’s been a crazy couple of weeks!

This spring weather sure feels nice to the working man that for sure.

Was a fun challenge with the rain/snow/sleet/and mud on this one.

station plans on adding sheep to several different animals they have such as Belted Galloways, and some Clydesdale Horses. One of witch being 18 hands tall!

We built these switch pens allowing sheep to be maneuvered with ease. We also added in some pins up front.

Both of these pins are close to walking paths that customers can take to get a closer look to the animals.

We are so happy to be apart of the restoring and persevering process of The Estes family land.

Sometimes you are given a challenge that simply makes you really use every tool in the bag.

We were in a pickle that the customer needed this for a quick job before he would have time to remove the boom and replace the knuckle.

This being cast steel called for a lot of pre heat/post heat. All in all it took about 4 hours just to do this single repair.

Was a busy day tending to all of the projects our customers had before this snow makes land fall.

Started with Getting a door welded in again for BuiltBox LLC

Then headed over to Ozark Mailing Services to get their dock welded back up that got cracked hours before not allowing them to get mail out.

Then back to the stomping grounds of Looney Underground to get a broken drill head welded up so they could finish up for the day.
