This bar area in the man cave is the moodiest place in our home and I love it.

Since Super Bowl Sunday is tomorrow, I thought it would be fitting to share my husbands sports-themed man cave. And yes I know the Falcons are not in the Super Bowl. I have enjoyed helping him turn his dream man cave into a reality.

For me, I love everything about my office–especially my abstract accent wall. In our bedroom, my favorite piece is the 6ft mirror in the corner of our room.

I am a big believer that your home should speak to the things you really love, whether that is bold colors or natural linens and woods. At the end of the day, you have to love the spaces in your home and there is no better way to do that then to keep and add things you love.

I love natural light! It really warms up the room and I would choose natural light over a lamp any day.

I was not born with a green thumb, but I love greenery in a room to add color and a natural element. So to ensure I don't kill 100s of plants and my wallet, I choose faux plants.

Happy Christmas Eve! We have been baking and prepping for Christmas dinner. I am now settling down on the couch with a glass of wine and soaking up the magic of Christmas.

Every home tells a story. It is a collection of memories from the people who live there. In 2020, we have spent more time at home than we ever would have imagined possible. If I were to visit your home, what would your walls and rooms tell me?

Design can help make a house a home, but it is the people who live there, laugh there, that truly creates the a home. So I hope your home is filled with love, joy, and laughter.

Do you know what the nutcracker symbolizes?

According to my very brief research, the nutcracker represents a fierce protector. The nutcracker bares its teeth to the evil spirits and serves as the traditional messenger of good luck and goodwill.

Good thing we have two of them in our house!

What is your favorite thing about Christmas time?

My absolute favorite thing about Christmas is the lights. They are just so magical and warm. I could sit with just the Christmas lights on for hours (side note: I did this exact thing last night).
