This customer had an unfortunate run in with a Bradford Pear tree. Not only are Bradford Pear trees an invasive species, they’re also very prone to splitting out when they become mature. Luckily, the damage to the house was minimal, all things considered. We were able to get the customers roof tarped until a roofing contractor can get it repaired.
