Last month we hosted a tour for some of our Retirees to show them the improvements and additions we've made to our facility. They got to see some friendly faces along the way too!

Last week at our facility we hosted a Dealer University. It’s an opportunity to bring in our customers to showcase all the processes and quality control we put into reman product! Everyone did an incredible job showcasing each different process and representing what it means to be an employee-owner! Shout-out to TommyHawks Axe House for hosting our Ice-Breaker event!

After our engines get 100% dyno tested the final stop is the paint booth where we put a fresh coat of paint to make each engine for our customers look brand-new. Here at SRC, it's quality from start to finish!

Twice a year we present a Sales & Marketing presentation to our associates. We just finished presenting the 2023 Mid-Year here at Heavy Duty! This presentation fills in all of our employee-owners on everything we as a company have accomplished, different opportunities and avenues to consider, and what our 5-year plan entails. Everyone can ask questions, voice concerns, and give their input on the presented plan before it gets shown to our Board of Directors.

Every month we hold an engine theory class to teach new employee-owners about how a diesel engine works. It's how we ensure employee owners know all about an engine and engine components before building one! We love making these investments in our owners to ensure the best quality product in the marketplace!

Here's a little glimpse into one of our machining areas here at SRC Heavy Duty. We make sure everything is machined to OEM spec or better with the use of various CNC Machines and expertise from our employee-owners.

ITPA or International Truck Parts Association came to visit us here at SRC Heavy Duty. It was a big turn out and we had a lot of fun showing everyone what it is we do best around here at the SRC Heavy Duty Division! Thanks to everyone who participated and thanks to our employee-owners who showed the groups why we’re one of the bests at what we do!

Today we celebrated with a cook-out lunch with the bosses on the grill and special reman day shirts for everyone! Remanufacturing has some incredible benefits and we're proud to be a part of it.

The Easter Bunny came to SRC Heavy Duty today! Eggs and laughter were handed out with his trusty Chicken sidekick. Hope everyone has a fun and safe holiday weekend!

Here's a little before and after for your Monday! We take old worn-out engines and give them a new life with better than new quality. Reman is not the same as a repaired or rebuilt product, we do a complete disassembly, and all parts are brought back to OE specification.

Parts Cleaning: A place where an old engine starts its new story. This is the process in which we take our disassembled pieces of core and breathe new life into them. They go through a variety of different processes including our aqueous cleaning system, soda blasting, chemical washes, and a little elbow grease from our employee owners. Our team is dedicated and committed to deliver a finished good we’re proud of, and each person plays their own part in that. Shout out to all the hard work from all of our owners!
