"With a history of braces 40 years ago and unhappy with my “smile,” I was not too excited about wearing braces again. Not a vanity issue, my Dentist warning me that my teeth not wearing properly and it would have negative consequences later in life…particularly since I was a “tooth grinder at night.”
What I discovered with Dr Mittal is how it’s about more than just straightening the the teeth; how your teeth, your bite, can alter breathing, sleeping,…quality of life.
Dr Mittal is great about explaining, step-by-step, the process. We always managed to beat her expected time frames. After less than 2 years of special appliances, braces and rubber bands, my teeth were straight. But it didn’t necessarily end there. Dr Mittal referred me to a Dentist that specializes in understanding things like how “tongue thrusting” could be a sign I may have sleep apnea. What I have since experienced is that a special oral appliance I only wear at night, fitted to adjust my jaw to, turned me from a light sleeper, struggling for hours to fall asleep and only catching catnaps, to a settled sleeper, falling asleep within 15 minutes and sleeping in 6 to 9 hour intervals.
Even though my braces were removed 2 years ago, Dr Mittal still follows up to ensure everything maintaining. At her recommendation I have a bonded retainer, on the inside top and bottom teeth, to prevent them from moving after all the orthodontic treatments. She is always happy to see me and answer any questions or concerns.
Dr Mittal is a true professional. She takes the time to analyze and treat the patient…not just their teeth. She communicates well her expectations and guides you through the process in manageable steps.
I never imagined straightening my teeth would have such a positive and profound affect. Not all Orthodontists are equal and I’m thankful to have Dr Mittal’s care and treatment."

"My “wasband”, son and daughter and I have all been patients of this practice going back to the 80’s starting w Dr. Wallert, then Dr Bagden and then Dr. Coffelt. Dr Bagden was such an amazing man and orthodontist and I consider him a dear friend. That being said, I can not say enough nice things about Dr. Mittal. What a great lady and boy does she know her stuff. I had an “emergency” and when I called I was expecting to be given an appointment in two weeks or so. The front desk ladies are super nice and I was given an appointment in 3 days. Boy I was I happy and relieved. Dr Mittal is a joy to deal with and helped me tremendously with an issue I have been dealing with. She took such care to make sure I would get the help I needed and it made me feel so taken care of. The young cute girl that took my pictures today and did all the 3D renderings was also sweet and knowledgeable. The office is beautiful and so clean. I’m immunocompromised and had no qualms taking my mask off to be seen. If I could give them 10 🌟’s I would. I have recommended them to at least 25 people over the years and EVERYONE that received treatment from them has always been so happy. It’s nice to know that you are in great hands especially when you are spending a lot of money for you or your children on something as important as your teeth and smile. You will not regret choosing this practice and the wonderful and funny Dr M

**Just an update to add** I went to Dr. Mittal to help me with a retainer as I was having trouble eating after loosing an additional tooth. The first retainer did not seat properly and the fake teeth were really small. I went back in and we spoke about changes and she had the company make a new retainer or a flipper as they are called. I went back in and Dr M was absolutely incredibly. It took many many attempts to get it properly fitted and to get the teeth shaved down for my bite. Again, she was utterly fantastic in helping me. The lab tech that worked on my retainer did a great job also. This took in all about an hour and I left with a huge beautiful smile and I want to say how grateful I am to all of them. From the wonderful front desk staff to the great technicians and especially Dr. Mittal. You are all AMAZING and I appreciate you all you all do. Thank you soooooooo much 🙂"
