Hello !
Just wanted to thank everyone for getting us back on track in the salon.
Last couple weeks have been busy and we can't thank you enough for the support the love and kindness.
We have hit a couple of snags along the way so,its my job to get this out to you.Please give us a 48 hour notice to reschedule your appointment.We are only allowed one person per hairdresser in salon at a time. We may or my not be able to fill that time .We are doing about half of what we normally do and are working extra to accommodate everyone.
When you cancel less then 48 hours or are a No Show you may be asked to secure your next appointment with a 25$ fee.We know life happens and we take that into consideration.
If , you cancel due to illness we won't be able to reschedule you an appointment for at least 2 weeks.This protects us as well as our many clients.
Thank you for your understanding! We totally appreciate your business.We will get through this, stay well and we will see you soon!
