Hard to believe we opened for our first public service just September 6, 2022. It has been a crazy whirlwind experience since we opened in the GFS parking lot three days a week….just TWO years ago today at 11 am. Now we are all over central IL for public and private events.

From the very beginning, it was clear that we had a great group of supportive friends and family. So many played a part in our decision in shopping for and purchasing the physical truck, improvements and changes, creating a business plan, menu both what to serve and the actual menu you order from, process flow, logo, social media presence, planning and of course a staff of awesome people to make it all work. All of these people are passionate individuals who helped make our first two years both successful and unforgettable.

THANK YOU to each of you for your incredible support in helping making our business get here. We could not have done it without you!!! Thursday (7/11) come see us at Midwest Technical Institute for lunch until one or stop out at the fairgrounds for the Illinois Product Farmers Market which starts at 3:30. We will open shortly after for dinner. Specials include pulled pork sammy, smoked mac ‘n cheese and baked beans along with our full regular menu.
