Like it or not, school is about to start and Summer will be winding down. We’re getting ready for the changing of the seasons with new Fall hours!

Beginning Saturday, August 3rd you can get your Tea Bar delights from 9am-4pm Tuesday-Saturday. And keep an eye out for the triumphant return of our Sunday Brunch, coming soon!

But first! We will be open until 6pm today to host our Artist Reception for Ann Kynion! Come join us to take in some lovely art, and beat the heat with a cold drink on our patio or inside in the AC, your call. 😉

Please welcome Tea Bar and Bites Featured Artist for the month of August, Ann Kynion! Ann is a retired art teacher with a love for nature and hand-rendered art that really shows in these beautiful pieces.

Her wonderful and inspiring works will be displayed in the cafe through the month, and Tea Bar will host an Artist Reception this Friday from 4-6pm. It’s a wonderful way to support local arts, we would love to see you there!

It’s time for a brand new Artist of the Month here at Tea Bar! This month, please welcome Jerry Maxfield!

Jerry’s delightful watercolors will be here to view of purchase throughout July. We will host an Artist Reception this Friday (7/5) at the cafe from 4-6pm. It’s a great opportunity to support a talented local artist!

It’s Pickwick Pups and Pride day!!

We are staying open until 8pm tonight (6/20) to celebrate this fun event. We will have lots of great treats like these Rainbow Fruit Mini Cheesecakes and Sugar Cookies for the humans and Homemade All Natural Dog Treats for the pups. Join Tea Bar and other Rountree neighborhood businesses this evening for all the Pups & Pride festivities!

It was January 30, 2004 when my daughter, Meagan and I opened the doors of Tea Bar & Bites Cafe. It was a huge leap of faith opening a cafe and bakery in the very challenging month of January. My mom, Mary was there to cheer us on. It was scary but exciting! Our Rountree neighborhood showed so much support that first day and over the years. Thank you to my family, to Marty who has been by my side for over a decade, to the wonderful present and former employees, and the many folks who have become our friends at Tea Bar over the last 20 years! Thank you to each and every one of you. You mean the world to us and we are humbled and grateful. 💚 Colleen
