Hey everyone I'm so excited about being nominated for best food truck and best barbecue in the "eat and drink" category for 2023! 2022 was such a rough year for me.
It started off with my business partner bailing on me. Leaving me to run the business entirely by myself. In which I continued to do so. Last winter it was very rough on us and was hard to make ends meet, being how slow it was due to the weather. I now understand why most food trucks close down for the winter season. Then my dad passes on and 2 weeks later my truck gets stolen 2 days before my birthday. I have been stressed out to the max for 2022. And has been very hard to maintain my own sanity. I've been staying strong and praying for everything to get better. And as soon as 2023 hit, it's like God just flipped the switch. And has brought so many great things and beautiful people into my life. I now understand why everything has lined up the way it has. I'm being blessed in so many ways in my life right now, God has answered all my prayers and continues to answer more. Thank you God 🙏.
However, due to all the setbacks I've had this year. I am not able to maintain floMo BBQ pit by myself this winter. So I will be temporarily closed.
BUT! I know how much you all love and enjoy my barbecue, So this is what I'm going to do for everyone that follows me.
With advance notice, I will fill special orders and also make myself available for events and catering jobs. Special orders must be $50 or more, with 3 days notice. And I will still do any event that would like to have FloMo BBQ pit attend.

However, as of right now, I am temporarily closed for regular service.

2023 is going to be a great year! 🙂
Aside from that, I love all of you very much.
I wish everyone the best. And I will keep everyone in my prayers. Sending everyone good vibes for the year. And pray that God works in favor for everyone. I love all of you.

Hey everyone, what a crazy night. Long story short, I got my truck back with no help from the police. Yet it has a lot of damage. They spray painted both sides to make it look different. And they took my Cadillac converter. Among a bunch of other items that was my truck. At least I got my truck back but, damn....

Well everyone, i don't know when I'll be open again. First my dad dies and now my truck was stolen last night. I need everyone to be on the look out for this truck please. It was stolen in Springfield last night. I really need all the help I can get. I can't believe this.

Hello everyone, open today at 11:30. I hope all of you have a good week. Got a couple new things on the menu today.
Being that it is November 1st (aslo my birthday month) I'll be doing the same thing I did last year that everyone enjoyed.
Today I have smoked pulled turkey! Usually when someone thinks of turkey they think dry meat. My pulled turkey is juicy, tender and full of flavor. If you miss this last year, you do not want to miss it this year.
Also, I have pork belly burnt ends today also! These fatty tender morsels are packed with so much flavor! This is the only fatty meat that I serve out this window, and it is delicious!

I know a lot of you have been wondering what has been going on with my dad since he has been in the hospital.
He had been fighting a long fight with heart valve complications.
About 2:00 this morning he passed on in his sleep. I knew it was going to happen. I'm just glad that he at least went peacefully.
It is going to be a long day, I will not be opening today. I really don't know what else to say from here...

Had a big event last night!
But I am open this Saturday!
