needle aponeurotomy or percutaneous needle fasciotomy always a favorite for a way to correct a single finger from a contracture. Sometimes open surgery is still needed to correct but many patients are good candidates for this procedure, which is done typically only local infiltration into a few small spots where the needle portal or very small incision is made.

We appreciate this poem left at our office today:

When your hands need care, and you don't know what to do,
Turn to the experts, for a fix that's true,
With skill and precision, they'll get you back on track,
And you'll have a hand, that's strong and back in tack!

For hands that ache and fingers that hurt,
You need a surgeon who really knows the worth,
Of a grip that's strong and a touch that's light,
Come to us for hand surgery, all right!

With the latest techniques, and a gentle touch,
They’ll fix what's broken, and you'll love it so much,
So say goodbye to pain, and hello to new life,
With hand surgery from the team, it'll be just right!

For hands that hurt, and cause you pain,
Turn to the experts, they'll ease the strain,
With gentle care, and skilled hands,
Your aches will be gone, with each step planned.

For hands that ache, for pain that's real,
You need a surgeon who can truly heal.
Trust in the experts, for hands so fine,
Surgery with skill, a new life you'll find.
