Hey all, we have finally completed our vegan chef challenge menu, and a special tea to go with it!
Sandwich: “The Aphrodite” seeded whole grain bread, oven roasted vegan turky , herbed cream cheese, apples, young lettuce, shaved red onion, chao, pomegranate balsamic reduction
Soup: Honeynut and baked potato squash blend, apple sage vegan sausage, topped with spiced chickpeas, cream, pomegranate arils, and mixed veggies.
Dessert: Biscoff brownies, Whimsy’s brownies with a biscoff crème.
To drink: Eros tea, a rose mint green tea.

I’m sharing some significant developments at Wild Rose Artisans Gallery & Boutique! We've created a vibrant community and recently launched the Springfield Culture Arts Foundation to promote the Cultural Arts in Springdield!

And now our beloved building, which is old and high maintenance but holds historical significance, is currently for sale and located right across from the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum. I would love to buy it to continue growing the Culture Arts Community. This has me wondering: Is the universe guiding me to expand, or should I explore a new direction?!

I’d love to hear your thoughts! Should I embrace this momentum or consider new paths? 🌹💖 Who wants to help me? ❤️

I stand before you today with a heart overflowing with gratitude as I accept the Outstanding Achievement in Arts and Humanities award from Illinois State Treasurer Michael Frerichs during this year’s Hispanic Heritage Month celebration. This moment holds immense significance for me, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Jean Winn for nominating me. Your faith in my work truly means the world to me.

Your dedication to showcasing our achievements creates an essential platform that amplifies our voices and allows our stories to shine. Join us for the Dress Resale on Saturday, September 7, 2024, from 3 PM to 5 PM at the Wild Rose Artisans Gallery & Boutique in Springfield, IL.

The Be Like Emma Dress Resale was established with the belief that providing young women with formal wear is a wonderful way to help them feel special. Our mission is to carry on Emma's generous spirit by reselling gently used high school dance dresses to teens who might otherwise miss out on memorable events like prom and homecoming.

This dress resale is organized by volunteers to support the Emma Shafer Fund for Peace and Justice.

Today is the FINAL Food Truck Friday and Springfield Area Arts Council Artist in the Park of the summer.

The Taco Joint and Johnnie O's Mini Donuts food trucks are on site along with live Americana music by Square Of The Roots. 🎶🎸🎤

Food truck from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and music from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Back to School Bash event across the street at Union Square park until 1pm.

Come have lunch at Union Square and stop by Wild Rose for some beautiful retail therapy! ❤️🎶

Twyford BBQ and Mangiami Bōru food trucks will be on site along with a live performance by Dayna's Dance Revolution for the Springfield Area Arts Council Artist in the Park series 🎶🎸🎤
