We will be performing maintenance on our Decibel cloud fax service on Friday, April 29th from 7PM to 11PM CDT. During this maintenance window there will be periods of brief service interruptions, however, we will take precautions to keep them as short as possible.


When?
Friday 4/29 - 7PM - 11PM CDT


What to Expect:
Inbound faxes may get busy signals for brief periods during the maintenance window.

Users sending from a fax machine connected to a Fax ATA may get an error "Unable to login to fax service". If they get this error, they should try again a few minutes later.

Emails for inbound faxes and notifications could be delayed.

Candidates must be willing to work hard, learn many new skills and work carefully in a fast-paced environment, complete service ticket paperwork accurately and on time. Must also present a professional appearance and have strong communication skills.

Required Skills:
Configure and deploy major brands of Routers, Switches, Firewalls.
Monitor and report on network system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Ability to communicate with customers.
Working technical knowledge of relevant and current network hardware, protocols and Internet Standards.
Experience in computer networking with ability to determine internet connectivity issues.
Ability to work with customers remotely as well as onsite.
Proficiency in supporting Windows.
Desktop software (i.e. Microsoft Office
Suite)
Work Hours:
Standard work hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There may be occasional after hours or weekend hours as work flow dictates.

Pay and Benefits:
This is a non-exempt hourly position. Hourly rate based on experience and aptitude to learn.

LNS offers medical and dental insurance after 60 days of employment. In addition, team members can elect benefits for retirement, medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts and supplemental policies after applicable waiting periods.

Team members receive paid vacation after one year of continuous service.

Today is the day that we change the time on clocks. It’s a great time to check the batteries in your smoke detectors (& test them too) AND change your passwords.

You should change your passwords at minimum twice a year so do it when you change your clocks!

Entry Level IT Field Tech needed to complete our growing team.

We are currently looking to add a full-time field technician to our team with a data background and general installation and programming abilities.

Candidates must be willing to work hard, learn many new skills and work carefully in a fast-paced environment. Complete service ticket paperwork accurately and on time. Present a professional appeared and have positive communication skills.
Someone who has troubleshooting skills, basic understanding of networking, basic PC repair and ability to pull wire is an ideal fit.

Work Hours Standard work hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00 pm. There may be occasional after hours or weekend hours as workflow dictates.

Pay and Benefits: This is a non-exempt hourly position. Hourly rate based on experience and aptitude to learn.
