Wanted to say thank you again for sticking by us this past week. The amount of support you’ve shown to our chicken family has been humbling ❤️
We are still working to get some resolve for all who were affected including ourselves

We are currently seeking legal action to deal with this mess. From the bottom of our hearts we apologize for any chaos this has caused. We have not made it 22 years by not caring about every single customer who has supported us through the years ❤️

** Update- after speaking with heartland most of these unexpected charges will fall off within 48 hours * I will continue to update as I know more

It was brought to our attention from our credit card processor that online orders placed for Chicken Bonz were never processed as they should have been. This has been a nightmare for us as well 😭 After many phone calls this morning it appears they have started process of charging cards. I apologize as I would have put out a statement earlier.
Charges will be from food ordered online only. This is not a double charge as we were never paid for online orders.

If this presents a hardship please reach out to your bank or Heartland Processing Systems.
