Well I felt it in my gut that there was a reason the house did not sell and we did not move. Now I know. I would have not been able to work in Springfield, just like I can't here. I miss Springfield and my clients so much! I hope you are all well.

The house has not sold , taking it off the market. Have put to much into it to just give it away. I don't think the timing is right to move back to Springfield. I am disappointed. Maybe when my flowers are blooming and the yard looks amazing I try again. For now it looks like I am supposed to stay in Kansas. I'm sorry, I was so excited to come back.

Cleaning and making the house look pretty for the lookers today. I believe that if I am supposed to be in Springfield I will be. I wish I knew something for sure to tell you. Have a wonderful day!

The house is still for sale. Someone is coming to look at it tomorrow.

It's a good thing that I love every inch of my house because it looks like I will be staying in Kansas. I wish I could be closer to my family and do hair in Springfield again , but it just doesn't look like that is the "plan."

The house is not selling. I am not down. God works in mysterious ways. I believe if I am supposed to be there everything will fall into place. Maybe I am supposed to stay in Kansas. I do not have the answers.

Difficult roads can lead to beautiful destinations.

The realtor wants to lower the price on the house. I'm not ready to do that. The realtor in Springfield wants the house sold before looking again because homes sell so fast there. This may take a little while. I believe everything will come together at the right time.

I was singing this morning, I can't sing but I don't care. Pandora Barry Manilow station is awesome! "Daybreak" will cheer anybody up.

Nowadays I am stronger, happier, and wiser.
I always have energy when I focus on my thoughts and I stay positive.

It doesn't matter where you are. The only thing that matters is that you know where you are going.

When I planned this house shopping trip I didn't expect this weather. Looked yesterday and did not find anything. Leaving town early. I am not going to get my cashew chicken this trip. Loved being in Springfield!

Just arrived in my favorite town. I am so happy to be here. Trying to look at a house today.

Eating at Cheddar's tonight and Hong Kong Inn tomorrow. Cashew Chicken deprivation is very hard.

Headed in the RIGHT direction to Springfield to find a house.

Believing in yourself is the first step to success

Day 3 of working harder than I ever have for so little. Once again I made more in tips than in wage. The day began with me crying from pain. I hurt from head to toe, side to side, and all around. Believe it or not I have never called into work. I told my manager how I was feeling and she understood because she feels the same way. She let me come in later. It wasn't busy at first but then it came like a freight train. Ibuprofen does not touch it. I slept ten hours last night, needed 16. I have the next three days off to go house shopping in Springfield. I need to be home. I can't keep doing this to my body. I have many years left that I need to work. I want my house to sell so I can get out of here.

Going to Springfield this week to look at houses .
Can't wait to back to my favorite town, people and "hair "!

Really wide hard parts are big in Kansas. I have come a long way with them. Desiree Flood taught me how to do those when I worked for her in Springfield.
Besides the formal education I have received in KC, living so close provides me the opportunity to learn how to now cut many hair types because there is so much diversity. I have gained knowledge of Hispanic, Asian, Middle Eastern, and Native American hair.

To those of you who pray, please ask God to sell my house so I can come back home. We have someone looking today. I hope they love it and buy it. I miss my people!
