Returning vendors.... applications for the 2024 Sampler are live!! Check your email for the link & information. If you were a vendor at the 2023 show, please EMAIL US if you did not receive the email so that we can ensure you get an early application. Be sure to return them by 4/21 to be given first priority to return to your booth!

..to the City of Springfield workers who prepped the Center, stayed the night to keep watch, took care of issues as they came up & helped us plan. To the Robertson County Sheriff's Office who kept us safe & spent their time off with us.
..to those who gave so much of their time! The businesses that donated to our silent auction. The people who baked for the bake sale. The numerous volunteers who gave countless hours over not only the past 3 days but since January, especially our amazing Sampler Board under the direction of Rhonda Beshear & Brook Seigle.

The beautiful home Mollie Glenn left our community is funded fully by the Christmas Sampler, allowing women to come together to serve our communities and beyond. We are grateful for your support. For now, we will enjoy our brief downtime!

The Center is transforming!!!

Thank you to the city workers who helped set up, the Springfield Codes Dept for marking the booths, and Mike Crain & crew for wiring the electrical for the vendors. So many hardworking hands make this possible🥰

Doors open TOMORROW, 11/3, at 4:00 pm. Tickets are $10 (you can return on Saturday with your ticket stub!). Children under 5 are free!

As we have shared before, The Christmas Sampler is the only fundraiser for The Glenn Memorial Woman's Clubs for the upkeep of the home located at 307 5th Ave West, which has been in the possession of a board of trustees since 1946! One way that we do that is by the Federation Booth, which consists of canned and baked goods all donated by members of the Glenn. Walk through the hallway between the stairs to check out the pies, cakes, breads & jellies we will have for sale. 🥧🍞🍪

Another way is from our Silent Auction! We will be auctioning off many items, most of which are generously donated by our amazing vendors who will have booths! Here's a sneak peek of what else is up for auction:

Y'all are in for an EXTRA SPECIAL treat this year!! 💚The Grinch will be hanging out with us on Saturday!! 📸You can stop by booth 28, in front of the big doors on the main floor, to take your picture with him. There is NO charge, simply use your own camera to grab a few photos. Then, when you're done, head a few booths down to The Christmas House to see what Christmas decor & wreaths Cindy Lou & Martha May have been busy creating for the Sampler! We cannot wait to see you later this week😁💚

We are excited that Dainty Details will be at the Sampler this year! She has been busy creating her handmade clay earrings so we can't wait to see all her cute earrings! Stop by her booth to check out her talent!

Sadly, sometimes our vendors have to cancel at the last minute but we are fortunate to have a waitlist just in case the unexpected happens. We are SO excited that Hand+Heart Massage & Wellness Co. will be joining us at the Christmas Sampler doing chair massages. The Sampler Board promises not to hog all of his time so that our shoppers can also enjoy a massage!
