Took an afternoon break, Tong visited Jack Hamlin (102 years old), world war 2 veteran at Elfindale. Accompanied by David Thater and Dr. Knowlton.

We will close from Monday April 15th and open on May 3rd.

Another great fundraiser dinner for the “Thai Little Ones” Chef Tongs charity foundation in Thailand. Great food and a great night supporting this charity.

It’s that time of year again. Tong will close the restaurant from November 21st and will open back on December 14th. Wishing everyone a happy Thanksgiving!

We will close the restaurant next week starting Monday July 25 and will resume on Monday Aug 1.

Its that time of year again and I am on my way home to Thailand to work on the Little Ones Foundation. Tong's will be closed while I'm away starting this Monday the 11th and will re-open on Friday night the 29th. See you all again soon!
