Hi everyone. I'm so sorry I couldn't make it down to Christmas in July in Round Rock. Let's just say the universe was against me. Lol!! With that said, it's Hatch Green Chile season, and I'm in the process of cleaning and dehydrating 20 lbs of these roasted beauties, which will then be ground for our out-of-this-world Hatch Green Chile Seasoning and Dip Mix! Man does my house smell good right now!

Oh man! I mixed up some of our Hatch Green Chile Rub with equal parts mayo and sour cream, and used it on fajitas. It was so good!!!! I bet it will be even better tomorrow after all the flavors melt together. I think I'll use it as a veggie dip. This rub is so versatile, you'll absolutely love it!! Come see us next Friday and Saturday at the Christmas in July show. You'll be glad you did!!

Y'all, I wish fb had smell o vision! This is our hatch green chile rub and dip mix. Either slather it all over your favorite meat and grill it (this stuff makes killer carnitas, pictured below!), or mix it with sour cream and mayo, then leave it overnight to let the flavors meld. SOOOOOO GOOD!!! Ground Hatch green chili, thyme, garlic, smoked salt, brown sugar, etc, and a whole lot of yumminess. Browned butter sourdough chocolate chip cookies, with dark chocolate chips and Heath bits. I used our Moore's Mercantile extract, paste and toasted vanilla sugar, then topped the warm cookies off with our vanilla finishing salt. Y'ALL!! I don't even LIKE chocolate chip cookies, but these will make your eyes roll back in your head and slap your momma they're so good, even if it IS Mother's Day! ❤️. Hope to see y'all at a show soon.

Orange/vanilla/cranberry sauce done!! Kicked up cranberry by using pomegranate juice, toasted vanilla sugar, zest and juice of 2 cuties, and vanilla bean paste (Ugandan beans in Jameson). SO yummy!

OMG!!!! I made carnitas with our hatch green chile rub. SOOOOOO GOOD!!!! I rubbed the meat with it and let it set for a bit, then did a dry sear before sticking it in the crock with some MOJO marinade. Even the picky teen loved it, and ate 2 helpings. Now THAT is high praise.

Here is our second new product - Hatch Green Chile Rub! This stuff is made with Hatch chiles that I roasted, dehydrated and ground a couple of months ago, and it's amazing on chicken, fish, anything you want to put it on, really. It also makes a delicious dip when you mix it with sour cream! Mix it up the night before and let it set, then stir really well before use. Taste again. ENJOY!!

Sleigh Bell Lane (Thursday- Saturday, November 9-11) will be the debut of 2 new products for its!! Here is the first one, blue cornmeal!! Just like our yellow cornmeal, there is nothing in here but dehydrated corn. That yummy blue color is all natural. Blue corn has a bit of a nutty flavor, and makes a little more dense product. It's delicious and is actually more nutritious than its' yellow counterpart. One of my favorite enchiladas is shrimp, rolled in blue tortillas. The nutty flavor of the tortilla is the perfect foil for the delicate shrimp. Come see us and take a look!

Good morning y'all! I have a question for you. I'm thinking about expanding our product line for the November Sleigh Bell Lane show. Maybe add different extracts (ex. orange, lemon, mint, lavender, etc. ) or flavored sugars like citrus or lavender scented sanding sugar for cookies. No bake cheesecake with chocolate Graham crust. Crust has vanilla bean powder, filling has paste and extract. Layer those flavors, I'm telling you! YUM!!

If course we have our vanilla extract, posts and salts, and pictured below are our spice rub, cornmeal and mole'-inspired sugar, which is a mix of toasted sugar and ground vanilla beans, cacao beans, cinnamon, chipotle peppers and guajillo peppers. So yummy in tea or coffee, or used to roll balls of cookie dough in before baking. I hope to see everyone there!!!

Good morning!! I hope everyone is doing well! I need your help. It's time for the spring shows to start up, and I'm debating whether to bottle our extract in 4 ounce bottles, which would probably sell for $24. Currently, the only size I have is our 2 ounce extract, which sells for $13. My question is whether you would rather have the smaller 2 ounce size, or would the larger 4 ounce size better suit your needs? Please give me some feedback and help me out. Mexican hot chocolate ice cream with mini marshmallows mixed in. So good!!!! Used our Moore's Mercantile Ugandan/Jameson vanilla extract, then added fresh ground cinnamon and a little cayenne for some kick. Out of this world!

Eggnog gelato and vanilla ice cream, both with just a liiiittle bit more vanilla than called for. This is the way to celebrate! Happy New Year to everyone, and I hope 2023 is your best ever! Thank you so very much for your support this last year. I look forward to getting back out to some more shows, and getting to see some old friends and make some new ones.

It's what's being gifted!! Saltine toffee, snowballs, molasses cookies and spiced nuts. All have a variety of our vanilla products in them: vanilla bean paste, extract, toasted mole sugar, and the vanilla finishing salt on top of the toffee.
