This whiskey is a blend of bourbons from 120 MGP-sourced barrels. It has a mashbill of 75% corn, 20.5% rye, and 4.5% malted barley.

Castle & Key will be releasing its first Single Barrel Bourbon.

The first release will take place at Castle & Key Distillery on October 21st. A new Single Barrel will be released every Saturday until December 9th.

It’s release day for . This is Rendezvous Rye finished in French port barrels for 14 months. The rye base is a mix of and High West distillate. Bottled at 98.6 proof.

Nose: Cherry, chocolate, butter cookies

Palate: Dark fruits, nutmeg, cinnamon, chocolate and oak spice

Finish: Cherry, baking spices and oak. Long, lingering finish
